Our Gloucestershire abattoir offers private animal processing, butchery and packing services to all livestock producers who may wish to sell their own beef, pork, lamb, goat or alpaca direct to customers through their own networks. We can also process organic livestock.

Our EC licensed Abattoir and Cutting Plant is registered no. 8145 with the Food Standards Authority. Our abattoir is Demeter Organic approved and we hold their no. 6 stamp in the UK. We are also a Biodynamic approved abattoir, we will ensure that your ethical standards are upheld throughout delivery, slaughter, storage, butchery and packing of your carefully raised livestock.
We also are fully licensed to slaughter O.T.M. (over thirty months) bovine stock. We also offer our full hanging, butchery and packing services for your O.T.M. cattle.
